阐述了期刊开架阅览中存在的问题,探讨了期刊阅览中开展以人为本服务的具体措施,提出了对期刊阅览工作人员综合素质的要求。
This paper expounds some problems existing in journal open-shelf reading, rpobes into some concrete measures for developing the humanized service in library's journal reading room, and puts forward some requirements for the comprehensive quality of librarians in journal reading room.
