人事档案的保密工作是在做好保密工作前提下开展人事档案利用工作的课题。从建立健全人事档案保密规定和利用制度、提高档案管理人员的综合素质、提高全体员工的保密意识、加强人事信息数据库的保密工作等方面,论述了人事档案利用中的保密问题。

The secrecy work of personal files is an issue of carrying out the utilization of personal files under the precondition of doing well the secrecy work. This paper discusses the secrecy work in the utilization of personal files from aspects of establishing and perfecting personal files＇ secrecy provision and utilization system, improving the comprehensive quality of file managers, strengthening the secrecy consciousness of all staffs, and enhancing the secrecy work of personal information database, etc.
