以《科技会议录索引》(ISTP)为统计源,对新疆2011年被其收录的任意作者的论文从作者分布、机构分布、文献语言分布、发文情报源分布、文献类型分布、学科分布以及主要合作国家分布7个方面进行了全面的统计分析,可供地区科研管理部门制定科技规划、引进人才、实施成果奖励等参考。

Taking ISTP （Index to Scientific ＆ Technical Proceeding） as a statistical source, this paper makes a comprehensive statistical analysis on the Xinjiang＇ s papers collected by ISTP in 2011 in Xinjiang from seven aspects of the authors distribution, the institutions distribution, the literature languages distribution, the papers＇ information sources distribution, the literature types distribution, the subjects distribution, and the main cooperation countries distribution, which can be used by regional scientific research management departments for reference in making science and technology planning, bringing in needed personnel, and implementing achievement award, etc.
