现有研究证实,糖尿病共病抑郁症发病率有增高趋势。女性、性格内向、对疾病的认识不够、社会支持程度低的患者容易出现抑郁。下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴功能异常为其主要病理机制。抗抑郁治疗不但可以减轻糖尿病痛性神经病变伴抑郁焦虑的负性情绪,还可以改善血糖及缓解神经病变的疼痛。心理干预可改善DM合并情感障碍的焦虑、抑郁指数,提高治疗效果。

Researches have proved that the incidence rate of diabetes mellitus combined with depression has trend to be higher. Female, introverted character, less understanding of the disease and the low degree of social support patients are prone to depression. Hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal function abnormality is the main pathological mechanism. Antidepressant treatment can not only reduce the painful neuropathy with anxiety negative mood in DM, but can improve blood sugar and release the pain of neuropathy. Psychological intervention can improve merger and emotional disorders of anxiety, depression index, improve the therapeutic effect of DM.
