急性高危胸痛的早期诊断是个难题,对于急性胸痛患者,应尽快了解其主要病史与症状,及时进行体格检查,同时迅速完成心电图,再结合病情与心肌损伤标志物的检测或超声、64排螺旋CT等检查,可作出快速准确诊断,减少死亡率。

How to diagnose quickly in patients with high risk acute chest pain is still a problem for clinicians in China .We think the following items may improve the early diagnostic and treatment and reduce mortality. The items are taking history and symptorn, physical examination; electrocardiogram,cardiac enzymes（cardiac troponinⅠ,MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase ,heart fatty acid bindihg protein）,echocardiography and 64-slice CT,and so on.
