肺得康配合咳喘温热磁疗贴治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

Clinical study on lung health combined with cough and gasp warm magnetic in treating bronchial asthma

【目的】通过观察吸入肺得康(沙丁胺醇和丙酸培氯米松的混合微粉吸入剂)配合咳喘温热磁疗贴治疗支气管哮喘的效果,探讨其对支气管哮喘患者免疫失衡的调解作用。【方法】对200例确诊为支气管哮喘缓解期的门诊患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组各100例,两组同时吸入肺得康早晚各吸1粒,3个月进行1次剂量调整,治疗组在此治疗基础上每年三伏天的第1天开始在双侧肺腧穴、肾腧穴及膻中穴加用咳喘温热磁疗贴,3 d一换连用1个月,连续贴3年。两组均连续观察3年治疗情况,治疗时及3年后分别观察肺功能及免疫功能变化,3年后评价疗效并进行统计学分析。【结果】治疗组:显效68例,好转28例,无效4例,总有效率为96%;对照组:显效46例,好转40例,无效14例,总有效率为86%,两组总有效率相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组肺功能FVC、FEV1、MMEF及LgG在治疗前后有显著改变,且与对照组比较(P<0.05)。【结论】正规的局部抗炎治疗配合咳喘温热磁疗贴的应用可以明显改善患者的临床症状,减少发作,提高免疫功能,可作为临床治疗支气管哮喘选择的最佳方案之一。

[Objective]To explore the effect of lung heahh（LH, an inhalant contained a mixture of ventolin and heclometasome） combined with cough and gasp warm magnetic（CGWM） therapy in mediating imbalanced immunity of bronchial asthma patients. [ Methods ] A totle of 200 cases diagnosed as bronchial asthma at catabatic period were rnrolled and randomly divided into control group and treatnlenl group （100 cases each）. Both groups inhaled LH one grain bid, 3 months for a dose adjustment. In addition CGWH was given to the treat group at bilateral acupuncture points of lung, renal and shanzhong hole once per every three days for a month at lhe first clay of the clog days of summer and last for 3 years. Two groups were observed continuously for three years. Three years later lung function, immune function changes, and curative eflect were evaluated and statistically analyzed. [ Results] In the treatment group, 68 cases were markedly effective, 28 cases improved and 4 eases no effect, the total effective rate was 96%. The control group, 46 cases were markedly effective, 40cases improved and 14 cases no effect, total effective rate was 86%. The difference between two effective rate was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Lung function FVC, FEV1, MMEF and LgG in treatment group before and after treatment were significantly changed, and compared with control group the change were signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion ] Normal local anti-intlammatory therapy combined with CCWH therapy can significantly improve patients＇ clinical symptoms, reduce attack of asthma, improve immune functian, and may be used as one of the best schem for clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.
