摘要
【目的】调查2011年度我院退药情况,寻找符合基层军队医院的实际管理措施,提高合理用药水平,减少退药。【方法】收集2011年1月1日-11月30日我院退药申请单213张,按退药原因和退药品种进行统计分析。【结果】退药较多的是门诊系统和内科住院系统,占退药构成比的72.77%,退药原因多见于收费、过敏反应、患者拒绝用药、转科(由门急诊转住院)、药品缺货等。其涉及药品种类为363种。【结论】应从管理抓起,提高医生用药水平及医护人员与用药者之间的沟通,加强工作责任心,减少退药现象的发生,保证临床用药安全,有效。
[ Objective] To survey inpatient drug repercussion during January 2011 to November 2011 , for looking for the managerial measures in Armed Police Forces and improving rational drug usage. [ Methods ] 213 application of durg repercussion from 1 January to 30 November 2011 ,were analyzed according to the causes and kinds of returning drugs. [ Results ] Rate of returning durgs was 72.77% in outpatients and patients of internal medicine, which was higher than other departments and involving a total of 363 kinds of drugs. [ Conclusion ] To improve level of hospital management and communication skills of doctors and nudes aimed to strengthen a sense of duty with medical staff and decrease ratio of refunding hospital pharmacy drugs.
