摘要
过去几十年中,多肽研究经历了长足的发展。大量科学数据反映了有关这一重要天然产物学科的进步。多肽的化学合成是在近40年里发展起来的经典的合成方法。用重组技术制备多肽和蛋白质,对方法学的发展也有重要的贡献。本文对多肽合成方法的最新进展,特别是对液相方法合成多肽、固相方法合成多肽以及微波促进技术在多肽合成中的应用进展进行综述。
Peptide research has experienced considerable development during the past few decades. The progress in this important discipline of natural product chemistry is reflected in a flood of scientific data. Chemical peptide synthesis is the classical method which has been mainly developed during the past four decades. The production of peptides and proteins by recombinant techniques has a^so contributed important progress in terms of methodology. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of current situation concerning solution-phase and solid-phase peptide synthesis, especially microwave-assisted synthesis in this field.
