脂质代谢在非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病机制中的作用研究现状 被引量:8

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是无过量饮酒史患者发生肝细胞脂肪变性和脂质沉积为特点的临床综合征。其发病机制较为复杂,可能与多种因素相关,最近研究表明脂质代谢与NAFLD发病有重要作用。本文就近年NAFLD患者脂质代谢分子机制研究进展进行综述,以期对未来治疗方向起到一定提示作用。 Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is a clinical syndrome characterized by hepatic steatosis and fat deposition in hepatocytes in the absence of significant alcohol use. The mechanism of NAFLD is complicated and has not been clarified yet. This article reviewed the new progress in the study of molecular mechanisms of NAFLD in recent year and the available target of therapy in NAFLD.
