This paper analyzes some irregularities in reserved books reading room of the library of Wuhan Textile University and their hazards, and from aspects of readers, librarians, and library rules, etc., puts forward some suggestions for reducing and preventing readers, irregularities for creating a civilized and harmonious reading environment.
