摘要
当前读者与书库馆员的矛盾已成为阻碍图书馆事业和谐发展的重要因素,解决这一矛盾的关键是从图书馆书库自身抓起,提升馆员素质,改善书库的整体环境,同时用制度规范借阅服务流程,拓宽读者与书库馆员的沟通渠道,最终提升书库管理水平。
Nowadays, the contradiction between readers and stacks librarians has became an important factor to hinder the harmonious development of librarianship,and the key to resolve this contradiction is to start from the library stacks, enhance the quality of librarians, improve the overall environment of stacks, and at the same time, standardize the process of circulation service,broaden the communication channels between readers and stacks librarians, and?ultimately enhance the stacks management level.
