关于高校图书馆读者培训工作的几点思考

Considerations about Readers' Training in College Library

以遵义医学院图书馆为例,探讨了高校图书馆培训工作存在参加培训人数少、培训内容不够丰富、培训质量有待提高等问题,提出了解决这些问题的办法。

Taking the library of Zunyi Medical College as an example, this paper probes into some problems existing in college library＇s readers, training work such as the less number of readers participating the training, the poorer content of the training, and the lower quality of the training, etc., and puts forward some solutions.
