摘要
Strategic alliance is the most critical organizational form of enterprise strategy emerged during these years,as well as one of hottest topics in the field of management theory.This article discusses the problems of mutual trust among members of strategic alliance in the course of organizing and operating the alliance.After analyzing the definition,functions and its forms,the article has proposed several measurements set up for the mutual trust within strategic alliance.
