溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2粉体及掺杂锰对光催化性能的影响

摘要 综述了TiO2粉体的制备和其在光催化降解中的应用。提出了以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2粉体。并且以MnSO4.H2O为锰源,制备锰掺杂的Mn-TiO2光催化剂,在600℃、焙烧2h条件下制备了不同浓度掺杂锰的TiO2纳米粉体。通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)分析了二氧化钛的结构,并在此基础上深入探讨了二氧化钛的制备工艺、掺杂等因素对其光催化活性的影响。 This paper reviewed the preparation of Nanoparticles TiO2 and application it on photodegradation of methyl red dye and magenta dye. Nano-TiO2 gelation was prepared with Ti (OC4H9)4 by sol-gel method. The mechanism of gel process was explored and researched by changing the rates of materials and experimental conditions. Mn-doped TiO2 nanocrystal photo-catalysts were prepared by simple hydrothermal synthesis using MnSO4-H20 as manganese source, respectively. The different manganese concentrations doped TiO2 powders were obtained by calcining the precursor for 2 hours. The phase structure was characterized by XRD. Through the study of photocatalytic activity, roasting time, roasting temperature and the best doping quantity have been determined.
