摘要
本文研究了UV固化组分、纳米金属氧化物ATO粒径和涂布厚度与薄膜隔热性能的关系。结果表明,光固化隔热涂层性能与UV固化组分的官能度、光引发剂用量、纳米金属氧化物的用量和纳米材料粒径有密切关系。合理的隔热涂层组分,能得到满意的纳米涂布隔热薄膜。
This article studies the relationship between the component of UV curing coating, the partical size of nanoscale metal oxides ATO ,the coating's thickness and the property of thermal insulation film. There is closely related to the film's property , the functionality of component , the partical size of ATO , the quantity of initiator and nanoscale metal oxides . The satisfied thermal insulation film is obtained by the reasonable component of thermal insulation coating.
