摘要
应力对铁磁薄膜磁性质的影响是一个古老的话题。近年来,随着实验技术手段的不断进步,利用应力来调控磁性材料的宏观性质变得越来越方便,应力工程发挥出越来越重要的作用。本文简单综述了铁磁薄膜应力各向异性研究的建模、应力对矫顽力、磁滞损耗、磁致伸缩系数等性质的影响的研究进展以及存在的问题。由于垂直各向异性材料具有巨大的应用潜力,应力导致的垂直各向异性研究成为人们目前关注的热点。高分辨率的磁力显微镜等实验技术的应用,为理解一些系统中垂直各向异性的起源及与应力的关系提供了帮助。
The effect of stress on the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic thin films is an old topic. In recent years, with the means of progress in experimental techniques, regulating the macroscopic properties of magnetic materials through stress becomes more and more convenient, and stress engineering is playing an increasingly important role. The modeling of ferromagnetic thin film under stress, the stress dependence properties of the coercive force, hysteresis loss and magnetostriction coefficient were briefly reviewd. The research progress and the existing problems were also introduced. Materials with perpendicular anisotropy have great potential for appli-cations and have become the focus of attention of many authors. The applications of new experimental techniques such as high-resolution magnetic force microscopy has made it possible to understand the origin of the perpendicular anisotropy and its relationship with stress.
