摘要
随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,医疗市场的日益复杂成熟,各医院正面临强烈冲击和挑战。笔者通过中山大学附属第一医院加强专科建设,提升医院品牌质量的实例,论述了从医院品牌战略高度加强专科建设,突出现有专科优势,培植新兴专科和新增长点,促进医院整体均衡快速发展,从而进一步提升医院品牌含金量的做法。
With the deepening of healthcare reform in China and the market of medical service has become more and more sophisticated,public hospitals are facing with fierce challenges.By analyzing the experience of The First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University in specialty development and brand quality promotion,the author exemplifies that by emphasizing specialty development and supporting the new ones,the goals of hospital sound and balanced growth and promoting the value of hospital’s brand can be achieved.
