摘要
新医改提出了探索管办分开的有效形式,完善公立医院法人治理结构,医院管理者的专业素质对医院未来的发展将起到十分关键的作用。公立医院管理者应当将专业化运营管理与专业化业务管理相结合,充分认识到医院运营工作的重要性,为医院运营管理相关的专业人员提供科学合理的职业规划与系统性、可操作性的培养机会。只有这样,公立医院才能顺利地突破"以药补医"的问题,坚定的保持医院的公立性,同时,带领医院更快健康、快速的发展。
Requirement of exploring effective mode of separating operation and running and improving public hospital corporate governance structure have been presented.Hospital administrator's professional quality will play a key role on hospital further development.Public hospital administrator needs to full understand the importance of hospital operation,combine with the professional operation management and professional medical service management and give rational,operable training opportunities to hospital operation professional staffs.Only when these measures have been done,compensation mechanism of subsidizing hospital operation by drug mark up sale in public hospital can be broken and the public interest can be insisted,then public hospital can be faster and healthier development.
