摘要
目的:了解北京市医师工作积极性影响因素及工作现状,提出相关建议。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对北京市各级医院医师进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果:北京市医师工作积极性总体上较高,收入来源与分配机制、医患关系、家庭和睦稳定等是重要影响因素;医师对工作满意度较低、投入度较高;医师责任感普遍较强,医师工作积极性的决定因素为工作价值、成就感、责任感。结论:建立合理的收入来源与分配机制;构建和谐医患关系;改善工作环境;重视心理健康教育,帮助医师积极自我调节。
Objectives: To find out the influence factors of doctros' working enthusiasm in Beijing and the doctors' working status and give some suggestions, Methods: Doctors in all grades hospitals in Beijin were selected to have an survey which was designed By the research team. The data were analyzed by statistics tools. Results: General speaking, doctor's working enthusiasm in Beijing is good. The important influence factors on doctor's win'king enthusiasm are revenue and distribution mechanism, doctor patient relationship and family harmony. Doetor's working satisfaction is relative low and the devotion is high. Doctor's responsibilities is generally high. The delerminant factors of doetor's working enthusiasm are working value, achievement and responsibility. Conclusions: Establish rational revenue distribution mechanism, build harmonious hospital patient relationship, improve working environment and highlight mental health education to help doctor adjusting themselves actively.
