摘要
医院职能部门的业绩考核一直是难点,亟需建立一个客观、公正的指标体系对职能部门在医院发展中的贡献进行评估。通过对某医院当前的职能部门绩效考核现状进行分析,阐述了其中存在的问题,认为构建医院职能部门绩效考核体系至关重要,应选择关键业绩指标构建绩效考核体系,不同性质指标的权重设计应有差异。
It is difficult to assess hospital funedonal department's performance. Establishing an objeelive and candid index system to assess the value of functional departmerd in hospilal develolment is very importlant. Based on the analysis of status of performanee assessment in fimelional department, problems has been found out. It is very important to establish fimetional deparlment performanee assessment index system. Key performance assesssment indictors need Io be seleeled and the weighl for different vategories indielors should be different.
