摘要
对北京协和医院351名青年医务工作者心理契约的内容进行了调查,并基于员工对心理契约内容重要性的认知和对医院实际履行程度的认知这两个维度,把员工心理契约的内容分为四类,并针对四类内容的特点及其对医院人力资源管理的启示进行了讨论。
This paper conducts a survey of psychological contract of 351 young employees in Peking Union Medieal College Hospital. Based on employees' perception of importance and execution of each item of psychological contract, we categorize the content of psychological contract into tonr types, and discuss each type and their implication on human resot,rce management.
