摘要
沟通与反馈是医院绩效管理的重要环节,相对于医院绩效考核方法和指标体系的研究,这方面的重视程度相对较弱。本文通过资料分析和实例描述等方法,提出大型公立医院加强绩效沟通与反馈的目的、方法和意义等,为计划、总结的绩效考核单纯模式完善到计划、总结、反馈、改进的绩效管理全面模式提供借鉴参考。
Communlcation and feedback is fill impmlant part of performanee managenlenl in hospilal. With respecl to the research on melhods and indicalors system of performance appraisal in hospital, the emphasls on Ibis is relaliw4y weak. By data analysis and ease study, the purposse and ,methods and significance of slrengthening performanee communiealion and feedback in large public hospital are discussed to provide reference for improving the simple mode of perfornmnce as,sesslllent and the all round performance assessment mode.
