护理人员对高级实践护士角色职能认同情况的调查

Investigation of the attitudes of nurses toward the role functions of advanced practice nurses

目的调查护理人员对设置高级实践护士角色职能的认同情况。方法调查北京市某三级甲等医院140名护士,问卷内容包括对设置高级实践护士的总体看法以及对其角色职能的认同情况。结果护士对设置高级实践护士角色持肯定态度;对绝大多数高级实践护士角色职能(39个条目)高度认同,对少数角色职能(7个条目)认同率不高甚至不认同。结论设置高级实践护士角色是临床护理人员的共识,护理人员对其角色职能的认同将有力推动我国高级实践护士的发展;现阶段我国高级实践护士的发展应以临床护理专家为主。

Objective To investigate nurses＇attitudes toward the role fuctions of advanced practice nurses （APN）. Me,otis Totally 140 nurses trom a 3A - level hospital in Beijing were involved in this study. A self - assessed questionnaire survey was conducted,including the general attitudes toward setting up APN and the role functions of APN. Results The nurses supported the importance of APN and expressed high level of agreement to the majority of role functions of APN （39 items）. However, a relatively low level of agreement or disagree was present in a few items （7 items）. Conclusion Nurses have reached a consensus with setting up APN roles. Their confirmations of the role functions will promote the development of APN in China. At present, the development of APN in our country should be clinical nurse specialists.
