摘要
目的探讨学思行并重理念在临床护理管理人才培训中的应用及效果评价。方法将学思行并重理念,以讲座、工作坊、导修课、目标管理等多种形式应用于临床管理和培训。结果培训后护士在团队氛围、职责与分工、制度执行力及与上级沟通力的满意度高于未培训的护士,工作成效明显(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论学思行并重理念应用于临床护士的管理和培训,效果得到实践的肯定,在临床护理管理中值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of study,think and applicaion concepts in clinical personnel training of nursing man- agement. Methods Study, think and applicaion concepts were applied to clinical management and training, and were promoted with a variety of ways like lectures, workshops, tutorials, target management and so on. Results The satisfaction of team atmosphere,responsibilities and divisionexecutive forces and communication ca- pacity with superior of the training department nurses were higher than those without training (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), and the working effectiveness was also obvi- ously increased. Conclusion Application of study,think and applicaion concepts in clinical personnel training have positive effects and are worthy of further promo- tion in clinical nursing management.
