摘要
为了研究燃油热稳定性,专门建立一个试验设备,该设备可以分别控制油温、壁温、系统压力、燃油流量。 试验结果表明:燃油温度、壁温都是影响沉积速率的重要因素,但油温的影响比壁温更大。燃油芳香烃含量亦对沉积速率起重要作用,芳香烃含量越高,沉积速率越高。
An experimental facility has been built to study fuel thermal stability,which provides the possibity of separately controlling of fuel temperature,wall temperature,system pressure and fuel flow rate.The results showed both fuel temperature and wall temperature are very important for the deposit rate, but the fuel temperature is move important than the wall temperature. The aromatic content of the fuel also plays an important role in deposit formation. The higher the aromatic content, the higher the deposit rate.
