国际贸易牵引增长理论对中国的适应性及应用

Adaptability and Appliance of Engine of Growth to China

对外贸易对发展中国家的影响长期以来众说纷纭 ,“牵引增长理论”是其中较有影响的一种。本文简要论述了该理论对中国的适应性 ,认为该理论部分地适应中国的情况 ,但是并不因此而同意将该理论的建议———以南南贸易替代南北贸易 ,而是论证了利用目前比较优势发展对发达国家贸易的重要性 ,并提出了一些政策建议。

The effects of foreign trade in developing countries are a longstanding controversial topic.Engine of growth is a more influential strand among foreign trade theories.This paper explores the adaptability of this theory in China summarily,concluding that part of it suits China,although the author doesn’s agree with the suggestion from the theory—substituting NorthSouth trade,instead discusses the importance of facilitating the trade with developed conutries on the basis of comparative advantages,and proposes some policy implications.
