摘要
为了摆脱现阶段经济增长率下滑的趋势 ,我国政府加强了宏观调控的力度 ,而发行国债就是其中的重要措施之一。本文重点阐述了发行国债对拉动内需、优化产业结构等方面的积极作用 。
In order to break away the decline trend of economic growth,our government has strengthened macroeconomic control,and issuing national debts is one of the important measures.The article emphaszes illuminates the positive effect of the issuing national debts,which will boost domestic demands and will optimize the structure of industry,so as to explain the influence of issuing national debts on economic growth.
