摘要
本文在对青海省持续发展与区域开发因素分析的基础上 ,提出了青海省实现持续发展的区域开发建设思路 ,即以重点地区的开发 ,带动青海整体实力的提高 ;开发优势资源 ,优化产业结构 ;合理布局产业。同时论述了实现持续发展的对策。
The article advanced region exploitation train of thought of Qinghai sustainable development:Raise whole strength of Qinghai by developping focal point of the area.Tap superior natural resources,improve industrial structure.Programme industrial rationlly and discuss the countermeasure of sustainable development.
