西方国家养老保险作为一种制度安排 ,有其深刻的制度文化根源并植根于西方特定的社会结构条件。本文立足于跨学科、跨文化的分析视角 ,在制度分析的框架中 ,对西方国家养老保险的制度文化根源进行了探索。西方国家正逐渐演化的公共养老保险私有化改革趋势 ,正是为克服其内在制度文化矛盾的必然反映。

Public pensions in Western countries,as an institutional arrangement,have rooted in specific social structure and institutional cultural background in Western society.This article discusses the roots of public pensions in Western countries,on which an interdisciplinary and cross cultural insight within a framework of institutional analysis is based.The reform tendency of privatization of public pensions in Western countries reflected necessarily to overcome the inherent institutional cultural contradictions.
