传统的社会主义分配理论中并没有按生产要求分配的内容 ,但随着多种所有制形式的发展 ,这一问题已不容回避。党的十五大提出要把按劳分配与按生产要素分配结合起来 ,标志着社会主义初级阶段按生产要素分配理论的形成 ,但按生产要素分配的内容是什么 ,有什么种类 ,形成的原因以及按生产要素分配与按劳分配的关系等基本问题仍有待探索 ,这既是本文试图回答的问题 ,也是今后理论界有待深入研究的课题。

In traditional socialist distribution theory,theres no such content as distribution according to factors of production.However,with the development of various systems of ownership,this became an inescapable issue.In the 15 th National Congress of the CPC,the theory of combining distribution according to factors of production with distribution according to work was pushed forward.This symbolizes the form of socialist theory on distribution according to factors of production.However,basic issues such as the content,category,forming reason of the theory and its relationship with the theory of distribution according to work need to be explored.This is what this article tries to solve,and is a question worthy of being researched.
