Venture capital has enjoyed full growth in Europe.Each European country realized the important influence of venture capital on supporting small and middle sized enterprises,especially high tech enterprises,During the process of standardizing venture capital market,the outfolw mechanism of venture capital has not readlly taken shape.Ways,plans and the transfer of govermental roles in venture capital outflow need to be perfected and these issues need to be re understood.
