我国现行机电产品进口管理政策存在着明显的局限性 ,要利用机电产品进口来加快国外先进技术转移 ,从而达到提升我国制造业结构和增强企业竞争力的目标 ,必须结合加入WTO的条件 ,对我国目前的机电产品进口政策进行全面的分析研究 ,以期通过政策调整充分享受发展利益。

There are obviously some defects in Chinas import policies of machinery electronic products,For speeding up to transfer foreign advanced technology to China by importing machinery electronic products and in order to promote Chinas manufacture structure,we should be in touch the conditions of joining WTO and analyze all roundly the present import policies of Chinas machinery electronic products,to share the developing benefits from policy adjustment.
