基于DOI构建医学领域科技评价文献数据集的方法研究

Research on Method of Constructing the Science and Technology Evaluation Literature Dataset Based on DOI in the Medical Field

为构建更全面、更准确的包含引文数据的医学领域评价数据集,比较医学科技评价常用的PubMed和SCIE数据库的文献特征,利用DOI建立PubMed和SCIE文献数据的关联,构建基于DOI的医学领域评价文献数据集,并以肿瘤干细胞为例考察该数据集用于医学科技评价的效果。

To construct a more comprehensive and accurate literature dataset that contains citation data for evaluation of the medical field, characteristics of the literatures are compared between PubMed database and SCIE database commonly used in medical science and technology evaluation. Correlation between the two databases is established by DOI. DOI - based literature dataset for evaluation of the medical field is constructed. The effect in medical science and technology evaluation is evaluated with the neoplastic stem cells as an example.
