摘要
液压缸基本上由缸筒和缸盖、活塞和活塞杆、密封装置与缓冲装置组成,液压缸输出力和活塞有效面积及其两边的压差成正比,而缸筒是形成内腔盛装流体的关键元件,因此液压缸筒对液压油缸的寿命起到关键性作用。在实际生产中,由于钢管的椭圆度过大,造成在制作成品缸套时内径珩磨量和外圆车削加工量巨大,严重影响到材料利用率和成品缸套成材率。该文意在对钢管在冷拔过程中产生的椭圆现象进行分析,通过对设备、工装模具、工艺操作、原材料等方面控制,使经过冷加工的液压缸筒用钢管具有极高的精度,避免椭圆现象过大的倾向,以减小制作缸套时内径珩磨和外圆车削量,从而提高材料利用率和成品缸套成材率。
The hydraulic cylinder consists of cylinder barrel, hydraulic head, piston&piston rod, seal and cusion device etc. The output strength of hydraulic cylinder and the effective superficie of the piston are in dirct propotion with the presure difference coming from the both ends of the cylinder. The cylinder barrel is an essential component containing the fluid, so the barrel plays an important role in the working life of hydraulic cylinders. During the massive production, if the steel tube is too oval, it will increase the grinding cost on OD and honing cost on ID, and inevitablly have a negative impact on the yield rate of finished products. This text intends to make an analysis on the causes of the ovality of tubes and tries to minimize the machining stock on both OD & ID and reduce as much as possile the griding and honing cost by controlling the tooling device, drawing benches, drawing passes and raw materials to improve the precison of tube's OD and ID.
