摘要
为了进一步提高中、高压、大流量液压系统的性能,该文提出了一种液控换向阀新结构。该液控换向阀是一种具备双向压力补偿功能的主级换向阀,其阀芯的移动不需外加驱动,自动跟随两个先导端的开口大小来动作,从而实现换向和流量控制。它是液压系统中的新型高性能换向阀。
In order to further enhance the performance of high-medium, high pressure and high flow hydraulic systems, this paper proposed a new structure of hydraulic control reversing valve. The hydraulic control reversing valve belongs to a main level conversing valve with two-way pressure compensation function, and the movement of the valve core does not need external drive, thereby automatically acting with the opening size of two pivot ends, and achieving reversing and flow control. It is a novel high-performance reversing valve in the hydraulic system.
