摘要
中国资本市场的形成和发展 ,是一个强制性制度变迁的过程 ,呈现出路径依赖特征。从总体上看 ,中国资本市场的运营效率不理想 ,潜伏着较大的风险。防范风险的思路可从市场化的秩序和融资结构两个方面入手。
The formation and development of China's capital market is a forced institutional transformation process which bears a characteristic of “road dependence'. In general, the operation efficiency of China's capital market is not very high and it still has quite large potential risks. To improve marketlization orders and financing structure is a way to prevent crisis.
