摘要
深基坑开挖过程会导致支护结构、支撑结构以及周围环境等逐渐产生结构失稳和变形。因此必须对深基坑开挖和运行过程进行现场监测,实时动态获得监测数据,并及时分析现场施工监测数据,全面掌握支护结构和周边环境的变化,一旦发现异样立即采取补救措施,以保证安全。本文详细介绍了深基坑监测预警系统的构建,以Leica TPS1200+测量机器人为基础,以VB6.0和SQL2005数据库为开发平台,采用GeoCOM接口和无线传输模式来实现机器人和计算机间的通讯控制,以小波分析进行监测数据的降噪处理,形成了一套操作界面简单、功能完善,具有实时、智能、动态监测深基坑的实用软件系统。深基坑安全监测预警系统在青岛地铁深基坑工程取得良好有效的监测成果,达到预期的目标。
The excavation process of deep foundation pits will lead to the structural instability and deformation of the supporting structures and surrounding environment.And so,during the excavation processes of the deep foundation pits,in order to get dynamic monitoring data in real time and to do analysis of the on-site construction monitoring data timely,the related monitors must do monitoring on-site.When getting the changes in value of the supporting structure and surrounding environment,we could take remedial measures immediately to ensure safety once some unusual circumstances were found.The essay introduces the monitoring and early warning system of the deep foundation pit,using Leica TPS1200+measurement robot and based on the development platform of VB6.0 and SQL2005 database.The system realizes the communication between the robot and computer for the control by GeoCOM interface and a wireless transmission.The wavelet analysis is used to process monitoring data,and finally the utility software system is finished with a set of simple operation interface,perfect function,with real time,intelligent and dynamic monitoring.The monitoring and early warning system of the deep foundation pit achieves good monitoring results effectively in the project of Qingdao subway deep foundation pit,and gets the desired results.
