公路工程施工安全风险评估的网络分析法研究 被引量:14

摘要 公路工程项目的施工安全风险因素多而复杂,不仅难以量化且他们之间又存在相互关联、相互影响的关系。针对此问题,结合项目分解结构(WBS)和风险分解结构(RBS)的方法对公路工程施工安全风险因素进行识别,建立了多准则、多层次的风险因素ANP结构模型,并详细的阐述了模型的算法。最后,以某高速公路为例,应用此方法,借助SD软件具体计算风险因素的权重,分析结果能够为采取进一步的风险控制措施提供必要的资料依据,也可为其他同类工程提供借鉴。 Risk factors of construction safety in highway engineering are very complicated and difficult to be quantified.But they are also correlated with each other.Therefore,we identify risk factors of construction safety in highway engineering on the base of WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) and RBS(Risk Breakdown Structure) methods.Then,an introduction is given to significance of model algorithm through establishing multi-level structure model of ANP(Analytic Network Process).Finally,through this method a general ranking of risk factors and risk grade of construction safety in the project can be obtained with an example of highway engineering project by means of SD(Super Decisions) software.These results can offer necessary data for adopting further risk control measures,and can also provide reference for other similar projects.
