摘要
本文介绍了一种计算机辅助导弹部位安排系统。它利用计算机实体造型技术,实现了导弹部位安排。系统利用多面体求交法进行干涉检查;应用两多面体之间点、线、面的分层计算法计算部件间的最小间隙;采用改进的三棱锥分割法计算部件的质量特性。系统具有人机交互功能,并可在绘图机上绘制二维部位安排图。本文以某型导弹的仓段部位安排作为实例,对该系统的正确性作了验证。
The paper introduces a system of computer aided arranging missile's parts. The system was implemented with solid modeling. In the system, the polyhedral intersection algorithm was used to detect the interference between two parts;the hierarchical polyhedron algorithm was used to calculate the minimum distance between two parts;the improved triangle pyramid dividing algorithm was used to calculate the integral properties of the parts. The interactive and graphic technology was utilized in the system and two-dimension engineering drawing was drawn in the drawing machine. As an example,the paper finished arranging a segment's parts of a missile.
