摘要
介绍了2套离子膜电解槽并网运行工艺和一次电解槽紧急跳闸停车的经过。分析了紧急跳闸停车的原因。提出了须加强对控制点的巡检以减少停车次数,而且要从多专业的角度来正确分析紧急跳闸停车的表象、原因,才能更好地指导生产,防止频繁开停车。
The parallel operation process of two sets of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers and the course of an emergency trip and shutdown of electrolyzers are introduced. The causes of the emergency trip and shutdown are analyzed. Routine inspection should be strengthened in order to reduce shutdowns. Moreover, the appearances and causes of emergency shutdowns should be analyzed correctly from many professional perspectives and thus production is directed well and frequent startup and shutdown are avoided.
