对6万t/a蒽醌法过氧化氢生产装置中影响氢化反应的各种因素(包括温度、压力、流量、工作液组分、钯催化剂)进行优化控制,取得了钯催化剂连续使用21个月的效果。
Various factors of influencing the hydrogenation reaction in 60 kt/a hydrogen peroxide production facility, such as temperature, pressure, composition of working fluid, and palladium catalyst, were optimally controlled. Thus continuous service of palladium catalysts for 21 months was attained.
