一种新的气动位置系统开关控制方案 被引量:1

A NEW ON-OFF CONTROL ALGORITHM FOR PNEUMATIC SERVOMECHANISM

摘要 首先建立了阀控气缸系统的数学模型,并定性地分析了其动态特性;然后提出了一种新的、气缸位置的开关控制算法;最后,本文通过实验研究说明采用这种新算法的系统具有较好的动、静态性能。 A mathematical model of on-off controlled pneumatic actuators is established and characteristics of the system is analyzed firstly in this paper, then a new on-off control algorithm -for pneumatic servomechanism is proposed. Finally,the feasibicity of using this new on-off controller is demonstrated successfuly through experiments.
