摘要
以含磷中间体(BPPP)、苯胺和甲醛溶液为原料合成了一种新型含苯磷苯并噁嗪单体,通过H谱(1H-NMR)和傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对其化学结构进行了表征,利用差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪分别研究了其热固化行为及聚合物的热稳定性。结果表明:含苯磷苯并噁嗪的固化过程从135℃开始放热,到261℃放热结束,固化峰值温度为226.5℃;含苯磷苯并噁嗪在不添加任何催化剂的情况下能完全聚合,而且该聚合物具有很好的热稳定性。
The novel benzoxazine monomer containing phenylphosphine was synthesized from bis(phenoxy) phenyl-phosphine(BPPP), phenyiamine and formaldehyde. The monomer was characterized by 1^H nuclear magnetic resonance(IH-NMR) and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The thermal-curing behavior and thermal stability of benzoxazine were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The results showed that the benzoxazine monomer solidified from 135 ℃ to 261 ℃, and the exothermic peak was at 226.5℃. The benzoxazine monomers containing phenylphosphine could polymerize completely in the absence of catalyst, and the polybenzoxazine containing phenylphosphine exhibited high thermal stability.
