摘要 设计环流式鼓泡塔氧化反应器并进行均苯三甲酸合成。采用气液相空气氧化法,以均三甲苯和空气为原料,醋酸为溶剂,考察反应温度、反应压力、不同溶剂比和尾气氧含量对反应收率的影响。结果表明:反应温度为215℃,反应压力为2.0 MPa,溶剂与均三甲苯体积比为5:1和尾气氧质量分数为8%的条件下,产品的最大质量收率可以达到150%,酸值高达792 mg/g。 The loop oxidation reactor was designed and the trimesic acid was synthesized by gas-liquid phase air oxidation method using mesitylene and air as raw materials and acetic acid as solvent. The effects of reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure, volume ratio of solvent to mesitylene, and mass fraction of oxygen in exhaust gas on the yield of product were investigated. The results showed that the yield by mass and the acid value of the product could be up to 150% and 792 mg/g, respectively, under the appropriate reaction conditions as follows: 215 ℃ of reaction temperature, 2.0 MPa of reaction pressure, 5:1 of volume ratio of solvent to mesitylene, 8% of mass fraction of oxygen in exhaust gas.
