人权保护与不干涉内政原则的辩证关系研究

Concerning the Protection of Human Rights and the Principle of Non-interference in Internal Affairs of the Dialectical Relationship

随着全球化的不断发展,西方学者不断地提出"人权高于主权"、"人道主义干涉合法"等论调,西方国家借口保护人权干涉它国内政的事件屡见不鲜。这些行为不但没有达到保护人权的目的,反而使国际关系更加紧张。因此,从理论上对人权和不干涉内政原则之间的关系进行探讨显得尤为重要,从实质上分析二者是辨证统一的关系,促进二者关系和谐发展需要国内和国际各方面的努力。

With the continuous development of globalization,the Western scholar proposed unceasingly ＂the human rights do not have the national boundary＂,＂the humanitarianism interference to be legitimate＂ and so on views,Western countries an excuse for the protection of human rights to interfere with the internal affairs of events is common.These behavior not only not to protect the purpose of human rights,but the international relations more nervous.So,theoretically on human rights and the principle of non-interference in internal affairs of the relationship between is discussed in this paper appears especially important.From essence analysis both is dialectical unity relations,promote the two related development needs peace international and domestic the efforts from all sides.
