Examples of the Use of Different Symbols Meaning the Same in the Common Function Words in Classical Chinese Language

文言虚词不少是从实词演变来的,同一符号,常常既可作实词,又可作虚词。尤其是多符一义的用词现象在古汉语词语运用中,虽数量不算大但也占一定的比例,用法也相当复杂,其中除了一些常规用法外,还有不少特殊的非常规用法,值得我们探讨。

Many classical function words evolved from notional words.The same simbol often can be notional word as well as function word.In the use of classical Chinese words,especially the phenomenon of different symbols have the same meaning,although the amount of function words is not large,there is a certain proportion.The usage of which is quite complex.In addition to some general uses,there are a lot of unconventional uses worthy of our discussion.
