摘要
研究目的:科学地认识顶岗实习与师范生教学技能提高的关系和合理选择教育实习形式。研究对象:选取广西师范大学师范专业的大四学生为调查对象,运用自行设计的问卷开展准实验调查。研究结果:顶岗实习对师范生教学内容、教学组织、教学评价、多媒体运用、板书水平、教态变化、语言表达七项教学技能有显著提高作用;顶岗实习对提高教学内容设计及教态变化两种技能的效果显著优于常规实习。
The purpose of the research is to scientifically comprehend the relationship between the internship and the improvement of normal students' teaching skills and reasonably choose the form of teaching practice.The research objects are senior normal students from Guangxi Normal University.A quasi-experimental study with a self-designed questionnaire will be conducted.The results show that internship improves significantly normal students' seven teaching skills about the teaching content,organization and evaluation;multimedia's applying,blackboard writing,changes of the teaching posture and oral expression.Internship is more effective than regular short-term teaching training in improving skills in the design of teaching content and changes in the teaching posture.
