美罗华联合强的松治疗系统性红斑狼疮血细胞减少的疗效分析

Effects of Mabthera and Prednisone for the Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients with Hypocytosis

目的探讨美罗华联合强的松治疗系统性红斑狼疮血细胞减少的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月-2012年3月收治的系统性红斑狼疮血细胞减少患者18例，予利妥昔单抗（剂量为100mg／次，每周1次，连续4周），同时联合使用强的松（＊lmg／kg／d），观察疗效和不良反应。结果小剂量利妥昔单抗治疗白细胞减少及自身免疫性溶血性贫血均显示有良好的疗效，且起效迅速。18例患者中有11例达完全缓解，4例部分缓解，3例无效，显效率61．1％，有效率83．3％。结论美罗华联合强的松治疗系统性红斑狼疮血细胞减少临床效果显著，且安全、快速改善患者出血症状，值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of mabthera and prednisone for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with hypocytosis.Methods 18 systemic lupus erythematosus patients hypocytosis were treated with mabthera（100mg/w qw＊4w） and prednisone（lmg/kg/d）.The effectiveness and adverse effect were observed.Results The overall response was 83.3%（15/18）,CR 61.1%（11/18）,PR 22.2%（4/18）,NR 16.7%（3/18）.The major adverse reactions were mild,and could be tolerated.Conclusion Mabthera and prednisone is a fesible and active regimen in treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with hypocytosis.
