摘要
利用循环伏安法制备了银掺杂聚L-甲硫氨酸修饰玻碳电极(Ag—PLM/GCE),研究了6-巯基嘌呤在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了循环伏安法测定6-巯基嘌呤的新方法。在pH6.5磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,扫描速率为140mV/s,6-巯基嘌呤在银掺杂聚L-甲硫氨酸修饰玻碳电极上出现一个氧化峰,峰电位为0.410V。用循环伏安法测定时,其峰电流与6-巯基嘌呤的浓度在3.00×10^-5——5.00×10^-3mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10^-6mol/L。用于乐疾宁片剂中6-巯基嘌呤含量的测定,结果满意。
The silver doped poly(L-methionine) modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated with cyclic vohammetric method. The electrochemical behavior and determination method of 6-mercaptopurine were studied on the modified electrode. In pH6.5 phosphate buffer solution ,the modified electrode gave a sensitive oxidation peak at 0.410 V ( vs. Ag/AgC1) at the scan rate of 140 mV/s. The linear range for the determination of 6-mereaptopurine was 3.0 0 × 10 -5×5.0 0 × 10 -3 mol/L on the silver doped poly (L -methionine) modified electrode Using cyclic Vohammetrie method. The detection limit was 5.0 × 10-s mol/L. This method was applied to the determination of 6- mercaptopurine in drug samples with satisfactory results.
