摘要
地质科研院所转制以后的中心工作是提高绩效。目前,地质科研院所的绩效管理主要采用的是KPI,取得了一定成效。然而,问题也比较突出。笔者认为,平衡积分卡可以有效地提高我国地质科研院所的绩效,并且运用它初步对课题组长的绩效考核进行了讨论。
After the transformation,the central task of geological research institutes is to improve their performance.At present,performance management method of geological research institutes in China is mainly KPI,and some achievements have been achieved.However,there are some noticeable problems.The author believes that the balanced scorecard can effectively improve the performance of China's geological scientific research institutes,and this paper preliminarily discusses the application effect of balanced scorecard in performance appraisal of research team leaders.
